Experience Program
Our Solution
It is a program that connects and engages young university students and professionals with indigenous communities through community immersion experiences to co-create and empower community innovation solutions created by the young people and community leaders who belong to our MetamorfosiB programs.
Participants will have the opportunity to be part of specific challenges around our programs, through virtual and in-person field activities, where they will create a prototype of impact with the same community through transversal human-centered design methodologies.
Depending on the scope of the organization and university, individuals may participate as:
Mentoring impact in online and/or face-to-face format between one to six months
A week of co-creating ideas to be implemented in the territory
Visit to the territory for six days and five nights
Community outreach spaces
What we work for
We seek to involve other stakeholders as co-creators of solutions in the territories, allowing the exchange of knowledge, uses and customs, and the personal and professional growth of participants and communities.
