In all our education programs we work with love for what we do, that is why we use our methodology “Learning by doing” where we develop in our communities those skills to strengthen every day their entrepreneurship in business model, leadership, teamwork, among others, we do this in order to generate appropriation of knowledge in the territory encouraging community participation, associativity and appropriation of their problems so that through it they are empowered and we generate together co-creation of innovative social ideas that can contribute to sustainable community development. That is why one of our programs is Credimpacto Entrepreneur Leaders, a program that helps strengthen our entrepreneurs in their business model, financial plan, integrative leadership, among others, this year we had the opportunity to start this beautiful program that has a great impact on communities as we had the opportunity to have two cultures immersed the Wayúu Indians of La Guajira and the Embera Chami of Jardín, Antioquia where every Saturday we have our classes of each module of two hours and on Thursdays our mentoring of each module with one hour of duration, accompanying our communities to grow every day as they say that it is incredible everything they have been able to learn and they want to continue growing as they have seen how their community has changed in finance and savings, it is beautiful to see the ability of a community to transform their environment when they appropriate the knowledge and transmit it taking into account that alone they can not go so far but as a community they go beyond what they imagine contributing to community development.
Finances in Being for Doing is a program that is part of Credimpacto, it is the first program that is carried out in community to be able to access community microcredits, this program aims to generate knowledge in financial education to enhance the development of the livelihoods of the communities recognizing their own leadership in relation to their money we created this program to create saving and financial habits in the communities since we believe that financial education is the key to achieve an improvement in the living conditions of the communities and to boost community development, On November 19, 2022 we had the opportunity to graduate 36 Wayuu indigenous participants and it was very exciting what we can do through these programs because currently the communities say that they have saving habits, they already know their entrepreneurship at a financial level, that is why this motivates us every day to reach more communities to generate that impact to generate social, economic and environmental transformation in rural areas of Colombia.
